About reservations and cancellations
- Since counseling is by reservation only, advance payment will be required for the reserved time only, except in the case of an emergency.
Regarding cancellations, if you contact us by the day before, there will be no cancellation fee.
For changes made before the reservation time on the day, half of the counseling fee will be charged.
If you change your reservation after the scheduled time or fail to show up without contacting us, you will be charged the full amount.
